History
Le Barrique was born in 2004 from an idea of Leonardo, a native Florentine, after some experience in clubs in Prato, he decided to try his own venture. In 2006 Simona Marinai arrived , initially as his employee, later as a partner. Together we created the model of what has become today's Le Barrique. We are located inside a Renaissance building, where carriages used to be parked and animals kept, here inside we breathe the beauty of history and it is from this beauty that our daily choices take place.
We have chosen to be inspired by the beauty of details, as you can see in every detail of the decor and as you can find in every minute detail we choose for each dish, in every decoration of the cocktails and in the serving attitude of our wine glasses. Beauty is also found in the choice of raw material purchases, it follows all our enthusiasm and passion. We have decided to make every customer inside our restaurant have an experience, and it is this experience that we want to tell you about.
